Speedtest gives me a rough idea, but where can I see the max documented?

I interested in what the advertised "upload" speed is. I already know the the advertised "download" speed is.

I don't see upload speed listed there anywhere.

One of the ways I found that's creatively informative is in the My Spectrum app. From the homepage, hit "View my Spectrum plan" then tap the internet symbol to have it scroll you down. From there find the "View broadband label"

There it gives a breakdown of the subscribed speeds but up and down!

    Hi -

You can view the available plans for your area at this link: Spectrum Internet. All speeds indicated are "up to", depending on how you are connected.

For your specific account, you can download the My Spectrum App for Android or iOS or log in to your online Spectrum Account to locate your subscribed speed. For the most accurate test, you will want to me connected directly to the modem with an ethernet cable. Tests over WiFi are typically slower since they are subject to WiFi interference.
