    How to Pay Your Bill - Quick and Easy

    You can pay your Spectrum bill online, by phone, by mail or in person at Spectrum stores and third-party payment centers. 

    To pay your bill using your online account, follow the instructions below:

    Pay on Spectrum.net or the My Spectrum App

    1. Sign in as the Primary or Admin user.
    2. Select Billing.
    3. Select Make a Payment.
    4. ​From here, you can adjust the Payment Amount, Payment Date and Payment Method. 
    5. Once you've set your preferences and checked that your info is correct, select Make Payment.

    When you’ve made or scheduled a payment, a notice will appear in the Billing section of your account with the payment amount and status. You can also access your past billing statements.

    Payment methods include:

    • Checking or savings account
    • Debit card
    • Credit card
