My internet is going in and out. I am rebooting my router hoping that will solve the issue. The modem and router are connected but I am having issues keeping the connection on my phone, computer, and my security cameras. Are you having issues in my area of service?

    I was able to find your account using your community information. I am not seeing any known issues in your area. Your equipment looks good as well.

    When you reset do you only reset the router or the modem as well?
