Issues with 3rd party emails

hi. I have an email using AOL platform. Spectrum is my internet provider. I am having an issue regarding NOT getting emails from one company Lilly.com. For some reasons I am not getting these emails. Lilly.com said it was me but I get all other emails including spam. I have checked spam mailbox and nothing. I spoke to geek squad with no resolution. Not sure if the issue lies with me (AOL or Spectrum) or if it is with Lilly.com. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Good afternoon and welcome @Cmlirish,

    We would not have any impact on emails being received in your third party AOL email service. You can try accessing your email account on another device not connected to our service, such as mobile, to verify they're still missing. If the sender has confirmed your email address is correct when sending, the best bet would be to contact your email provider. You may also try having them send to another email account outside AOL and see if that is successful. If still not successful, it may be something on the company end.
