Error IFE-1002

The app isn’t working on my iPhone 13. I’m running 18.3.2 and go have Norton but I’ve checked and the VPN is off, I’m at home and still can’t get the app to work!

    Sorry for any issues with the app. I am not seeing the app was launched recently. When was the last time you saw this issue and what troubleshooting have you tried already?
