Welcome to the Community Forums. I reviewed your account and I am not showing that you are using our equipment. The security shield is a feature within the Spectrum router and is not used on the general internet service. It is possible there is similar software within your router that is blocking the sites. You can access the router settings to see if there is a feature that maybe blocking the sites.
