    Welcome,

    What type of equipment and remote do you have? Typically, you would use the arrow buttons for rewinding and fast forwarding and than hit the center button on the remote direction navigation to stop that action. Is that what you are seeking to do? Or is it that you want the fast forwarding to stop more accurately? The accuracy issue does take some practice!

    it is the dvr cloud. I can fast forward ok, but the picture stays on the spot where I start. So, you have no idea when the commercials are done….

    there is no fast forward button on the xumo remote is there?

    I do know how to fast forward with the xumo box, but we don’t have a box for the Samsung smart tv. Just using the app

    Generally, you would use the arrow left and right buttons on the remote to rewind or fast forward. It really depends on the remote control that you have. -Lyn
