Connection Problems

Hi, so for the past couple days my devices show me its connected and has excellent connection but it doesn't actually work, like i cant stream or anything. Restarting the equipment doesn't work, I've tried and tried. Is there anything you guys know of that would make my wifi work?

I do apologize for the issues you are having with our service. I was able to find your account using your community information. I am not seeing any area issues. There does seem to be some connectivity issues with your equipment though. If resets of the modem and router do not help the two options are to either swap the equipment out at a local office or call in to have customer service setup a technician for you.
