Unstable Connection past week

I have experienced unstable connection for the past week. High latency, packet loss and sometimes random disconnection. Rebooted modem a few times but problem still exist. I am running on a wired connection (not wifi)

    I do apologize for the issues you are having with our internet service. I was able to find your account using your community login and do not see any issues with our service in your area or with the modem. I do see you are using your own router are you testing the connection wired to the router or wired to the modem?
