The Network connection is still not working?? Its' been 3 hrs or more. Is there an update. I live in the 27520 zip code

Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.
I do apologize for the issues. I am seeing there is a known issue with the Verizon towers and it is being worked on by them. Our cell network uses their towers so we are limited to what we can see as far as any area issues.
