Cloud DVR skipping

I am still seeing certain Cloud recordings skipping sections after a show is completely recorded.

This has occurred several times over the last 3 weeks or so. It does not occur on all recordings. Streaming is working fine, and I can watch the same show with no issue and then watch the same recorded show later and see skipped sections. I can also check the same show on demand and there is not an issue, it is strictly with cloud DVR recordings.

I have no network issues and everything else is working fine.

I am asking Spectrum to look into this issue. Thanks
