Just FYI about Blink sync module not connecting to Spectrum router

When our Blink sync module showed 1 bar signal or offline error intermittently suddenly after working for years, after some trial and error and buying a new sync module we discovered with the help of a Spectrum technician that the problem was a defective Spectrum router (even through the 5 frequency was working fine) so Spectrum replaced the router with another one and everything is back online again with the 2.4 frequency (Blink security system). Just sharing some knowledge for other Blink users who might run into the same problem.
