Why doesn’t my DVR record MSNBC?

This started recently. It recorded other channels.

    When did this start happening?

    Is this through a regular DVR box or cloud DVR with the XUMO box or Spectrum app? In other words, how do you record your shows?

    When you try to record, on MSNBC is there an option to record? Or is there no option to record the show? Or do you record, and try to play it back and get a blank screen or error message?

    Does this happen on any show on MSNBC or just a specific show or shows? If it is individual shows, list a few for reference.

    Have you reboot the equipment?

    It started two days ago. For many years, I had recorded programs on MSNBC in the early evening. It listed them as having been recorded, but when I tried to play them, nothing played and it showed a recording time of 193 minutes,then 164 minutes. Very strange!

    Rebooted the DVR and it is recording ok.
