Why can’t business customers singing into the Spectrum’s mobile app
I have a business account set up with Spectrum. But anytime I have attempted to sign into the app with my username and password. The following message pops up “To access your Spectrum Business account, please sign in at SpectrumBusiness.net. IDID-2350.” I follow the steps but I ended up only being able to access my account in the background. Therefore, at no point have a been able to take advantage of the app features because my profile is always loaded in the background as if a was singing into my web browser.

I can understand your concern about the My Spectrum app. The app is not available for business accounts. The app is designed for our residential services and we currently do not have a version available that is designed for business class customers. I will pass on your feedback about getting an app for our Business customers. You can use our website www.spectrumbusiness.net to manage your business account till an app is developed.
