Questions About Spectrum Voice International Calling Rates?

Good Afternoon,

Are the calls on Spectrum Voice International still only pennies per minute if you already have Spectrum Voice Unlimited Calling?

Additionally, why aren't rates rounded off to the nearest cent? Why do some international countries have more zeros in front of the rates than others

If you have Spectrum Voice International Calling as a service, is it still talk all you want to the 70 countries marked with an asterisk? (*)

Using this example on the Pennies Per Minute Plan, how much is a Spectrum Voice (landline) call to Malta?

International Rate Card is here for reference:

    Hey Satch,

The website does have the most up to date information on the international rates, even though they are from a year ago, those are the current rates for calls. As the page notes, the International Calling plan is unlimited minutes to the specified countries. The rate for the call to Malta would be dependent on how long the call is. Since the rate per minute is less than one cent, It would be rounded up on the bill itself, so a 3 minute call would be rounded to $0.01.

Unfortunately we don't have details on why the rates are set the way that they are as we aren't privy to how international calling rates are set, only what the rates are.
