Great service

I was just on the phone with Spectrum adjusting my elderly mother's cable package. We spoke with Tracy who worked with us to get my mom what she needed. Tracy was GREAT - I think Spectrum should have a way to give info on great service recieved!!! Thank you, Tracy!
