Question About Lifeline Eligibility: What Speed is Required for Discount

I’ve been approved for the Lifeline discount, but a representative informed me that there are certain requirements for it to be applied. They mentioned that one of the requirements is a reduced speed, which is apparently not available in my area(Mine currently is 100 Mbps).

Does anyone know what speed is considered ‘reduced’ enough to qualify for the Lifeline program? I checked but did not see the detailed statement on the website.

    Can check your market's rate card, should show the details towards the end of the Internet options.

    Hello @yangfeiling;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. The program is only available with our newer packages. We no longer offer the 100 Mbps service and your account will need to be upgraded to our newer packages that has a higher speeds. You can reach out to our Sales team at 1-855-707-7328 to go over the requirements about upgrading your account to be able to use the program.
