Having said that, I was able to access the account using the email address you provided during registration. I can confirm the signal strength is good from the modem, but I would like to confirm, is this happening on one device or multiple?

    not only my internet but my tv slow as well and my reception is cloudy and fuzzy

    Will you please run a speed test and share your results? Please use your newest/fastest device connected with an ethernet cable, or right next to the router if all you have is WiFi only devices.
