New Modem, new headaches.

Just got my Modem replaced for a new one, and I told customer service in the office that I was replacing it for landline use only. I received a new one and drove away to my home 60 miles away. Plugged it in, and no landline signal. It indicated that I was online, but no voice activation. What's up with that? Do I need to enter some code from the modem somewhere for this to work?

    May need to call to get it provisioned properly now that it is physically on your local node. Will need something like the MAC address or serial number from the labels on it to synch things up properly.

    Hello @chirp;

    I do apologize that the new modem has not resolved the issue. I checked the configuration of the modem and it is setup correctly. I do see there is a high cable signal and that maybe related to why it is not working. I do see that there is a service call scheduled for you to address the issue. The technician will look into why it is not working.
