I have 2 accounts with Spectrum but I don't know what I'm paying for on either account

    Hello @azmsbaker;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. We base our billing accounts based on the street address. It is rare for multiple accounts to be at the same address unless you have a Residential account and a Business account. You can log into www.spectrum.net with your Spectrum login to view your billing information.

    Since I can't find my billings I don't know what each account is for

    Can you provide some more information on the 2 accounts you are referring to? Are you maybe referring to a username?
