how do O sign in to Hulu th rough Disney + with the new offer

    Hi Chris,

    Welcome! To sign in to new Hulu streaming through Spectrum

    1.) Log in to your account with the same credentials you use for the forum @ Spectrum.net, the Spectrum app, a XUMO box, or Smart Device.

    2.) Select the TV/Streaming tab or streaming service you want to access through Spectrum on your device.

    3.) Scroll down and find Disney+ Hulu may not be there yet if it is, click on Hulu, if not click on Disney+

    4.) Follow the prompts using your Spectrum log in credentials.

    5.) Bookmark or add the streaming service to your device's Home Bar for easy access.

    New customer accounts or recent equipment changes may require up to 48 hours before online mobile streaming access is available.

    I can only access Hulu content through Disney+ now. I had a Hulu subscription and cancelled it. There was no way to continue to use my Hulu app with the Spectrum credentials. Not all Hulu programing is available through the Disney+ app. I had two episodes of Fargo left to watch when my Hulu subscription expired and could not get them through the Disney+ app. I ended up buying them through Amazon as it was cheaper than paying for Hulu for another month.

    Hello Rob,

    There have been a lot of reports that people are not able to sign up through Disney+/Hulu on Spectrum if they had a Disney+/Hulu third party subscription in the past. This is not a Spectrum problem, it is Disney's atrocious customer care and website database management that is leading to this frustration.

    Relating to the above issue it is like if you had an above Disney+/Hulu past subscription or email use through them, that subscription or email sits on Disney+?Hulu's servers long after the third party account has expired.

    It looks like I can now access Hulu directly again. Seems that the 48 hour window is needed for it to remove the paid account from your email address and switch to the Spectrum account. Unfortunately I was impatient because I was going away and wanted to complete the final episodes before I left.
