Why did I have to go to a Spectrum store to talk to a person?
I am a 7 woman who has just returned home from back surgery. I called Spectrum to get a wi-fi network in my apartment. I was told the modem and router would be delivered to me on Saturday. They came on Wednesday. I called six different phone numbers to ask for someone to come to my home to install the equipment. I was never given the option. I had to drive to the Spectrum store to speak to a human being. He was very kind and set up an appointment for me that day. When the installer came, he had to drill a hole in the concrete block in my utility room in order to run a wire to install my new Wi-Fi network. There is no way I would have been able to do that.
