Is there an internet outage in Connecticut area?

It seems I have lost internet following a thunderstorm, but the website states there are no outages. Is anyone else experiencing an outage?

    Welcome to our community page and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Using the email you provided during registration for this platform, I can confirm that currently there is an ongoing, multi-node outage in your area. As of right now, we do not have an estimated time for restoration of services. However, what I can absolutely do is add you to our automated call back list at a number of your choosing so that you can be one of the first to know what everything is back to normal! Additionally, I can also input a credit request to help compensate for all the troubles.
