Multiple Internet Disconnections
We are experiencing Multiple Internet Disconnections on a daily basis. We had a technician at our home on September 3. He replaced the Modem and checkconnections and signal, and pronounced everything OK.
We continue to have miultiple service interruptions daily. See the attached log from our Unifi Dream Router.
Can you please help us to have the reliable internet we are paying for?

Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the frustration with the internet dropping frequently. I reviewed the modem's history and I am seeing a history of errors and cable signal problems. These will cause the internet to be intermittent. I would recommend we get a technician back out to investigate the issue further. Can you provide some availability for a technician to come out and we will get one scheduled?

I can be home Thursday 9/11/25, preferably early morning, or Friday 9/12 after 200PM.
I have a question regarding error history: Was there any change after the first Technician visit on 9/3/25?
From our side we don't notice any improvement before to after the modem update and technician visit.
