LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE
There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post

Lowering The Bill
Has anyone had any success in lowering their bill? I won't lower my internet speed (which is needed since everything is streaming). My thought was since Spectrum is offering all these (free) programs, are we really paying for them with the pricing? I could do without all those and would love to lower my monthly bill. I did call and all the person could do was to slow my internet speed and cut out the majority of my channels, not helpful.

I can understand the frustration with not getting a lower price for our service. The most common way to reduce the price is to remove services. I do apologize but the free programs that come with our service are included within our packages and can't be removed. There can sometimes be a promotion available that can reduce the price without lowering service. You can call our Billing team at 1-855-707-7328 again in the future to see if one of these promotions are available.
