Custom DNS like Cloud9 cause Xumo problems?

Looking to find out before factory reset. Why isn't Xumo box seeing wired connection direct into Wifi 7 router with ethernet? LAN 1 to desktop works but not LAN 2? Anyone else? Feel free to ask any questions. Can provide pictures if it helps but pretty simple.

    Good afternoon & welcome @trikein,

    Have you been able to test connecting the Xumo to either port 1 or 3 on the router, or better, directly to the modem to see if it's able to connect? Does it still work when connected via wi-fi? You can also try with the default DNS to see if your settings are a factor if it won't connect either hardwired or via wi-fi.
