could u look for promotional fees to reduce my monthly bill. I could get same service from ATT for 1/2 the cost. I hate to leave you after 25 years but please don't say I didn't try. Thanks/ Ami

Welcome the Community Forums. I can understand the concern about the cost of our service. We are not able to make account changes in the Community Forums. You can call our Billing team at 1-855-707-7328 and they will go over your options to reduce the cost of our service.
