Hi! I'm a long-time Spectrum customer, but I've been experiencing a LOT of frustration lately with continually increasing prices and more frequent service disruptions. Calling the general Customer Service number just got me "sorry bout it…nothing we can do" type responses. A couple weeks ago, I talked to someone with a Spectrum booth at the local Kroger who gave me the Retention number.

I called the Retention team today and was so impressed with the amazing support I got from Kiara (Ciara? Sorry, not sure on spelling). She was personable, friendly, understanding, and real. I can honestly say I haven't had such a fun, pleasant support conversation in a very long time. She made the experience painless, got me increased speeds AND a reduced monthly cost for the next year, and kept me a Spectrum customer (because I honestly was starting to have a really bad taste in my mouth for Spectrum).

I couldn't find another place to leave positive feedback, and I know all too often support specialists only hear the negative. I wanted to be sure that she receives recognition for the incredible job she did today.
