Recognizing Taylor for outstanding customer service/tech support
I hope you will forward to Taylor's manager this compliment: I work with people all day, have had a 30+ year career in a people-oriented business, and it is rare to find someone who is technically proficient and also interpersonally deeply skilled. I called very focused on solving the problem which had derailed my work this afternoon, and was beyond pleased that not only was the problem solvable and quickly solved, and not only did I leave knowing what to do if it recurs (this was first incidence in 5 years), I was deeply impressed by Taylor. This compliment is entirely unsolicited; there was no mention of forum, review, comment, compliment, any of that, except my asking him to repeat his name given that when we started I was problem-focused and half-listening. Taylor, my deepest thanks. I am sure you are making a difference in more ways than you know.
