Wires Hanging Low in Front of Property

The Spectrum wires are hanging really low in front of our property. Our property was damaged by storms. But we are having a tough time getting cleanup and reconstruction services onto our property because they can't clear or drive under the Spectrum cables that are hanging low in front of our property. As a result, we have lost money, services and time trying to recover our property. I have contacted Spectrum to resolve the issue, but they have not sufficiently provided a solution. I am not sure what else to do. Does anyone have any advice about the matter.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the concern about the cable lines being low. We can send a technician to fix them. Please provide when you would be available for a technician and we will get one scheduled.
