Losing internet at 7:10 pm - 7:12 pm last four nights, modem reboot is needed to restore internet.

I am losing my internet connection the last several nights between 7:10 and 7:12 pm. A reset of cable modem fixes the problem, but I should not need to do this every night. What is happening to my connection? Would a firmware update help? I have a ES2251 cable modem.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the frustration of the internet going down frequently. I reviewed the logs of the modem and it is registering a lot of errors. These errors can result in the connection dropping. I would recommend you unscrew the cable line to the modem and then screw it back in tightly since a loose connection can cause problems. If this does not help then we can send a technician out to investigate the issue.
