I like that the DVR fast forward feature has been changed to a more user friendly format. Next, how about working on Subtitles / Closed Captioning. IMO Spectrum's CC's are way to big and therefore intrusive to the programming. Take a look at CC's on Hulu, or HBO, or Apple TV. Theirs are examples that CC can be done differently, and better.
