I am needing to move my internet modem & was wanting to know if you guys can come out and re run the cable.

    Usually this can be done by a technician but there most likely will be an install fee.

    You would need to call in to customer service at 1-855-707-7328 to speak with customer service and have them set that up and inform you on the costs.
