Trying to connect my included Paramontplus app on my Samsung TV

Going thru prompts to connet Paramountplus thru Spectrum account. I receive the code, got site listed and can't find option to enter code for Spectrum. It has 7 digit code. Keeps wanting me to use Roku which I am using to stream on this TV (installed by the Spectrum tech who installed our service). Main TV is hooked up to Xumo. Do I have to pay for Xumo boxes on all my TV's to make compatible? I was able to connect HBO Max app on this TV through my Spectrum Account. What am I missing?

    Hi & welcome!

    For Paramount+, the easiest way it to register through the Paramount + partner site and select Spectrum, then follow the steps. You can then log in directly on the Samsung TV or through any of the supported streaming platforms or devices.

    James, thank-you for responding. I have done those steps multiple times and did not get an option to enter the code I received for Spectrum. I did have Roku account in previous home (different state) which we canceled before moving. Wondering if that could be causing problem.

    If the contact email is the same, then it may be causing an issue. Since we only provide an link and do not directly support the Paramount+ app, you would need to contact Paramount+ support for assistance sorting it out.
