Landline Call Logs

I want to see a log of all incoming and outgoing calls, local and "long distance". Voice Zone only offers outgoing long distance calls. I know the phone company has this information, so I want to see it.

    Hi & welcome!

    Unfortunately, call logs are not available for digital phone, with the exception of long distance toll calls.

    They are currently only available for mobile phone lines by accessing the My Spectrum App or online account.

    Thank you, James. Considering that service providers are required by the FCC to keep this information archived for a certain period of time, why is it not available to customers? Do I need to file a legal request?

    You are correct, you would need a court order or subpoena to access this information. If this is the case, please give us a call at 1-855-70-SPECTRUM (855-707-7328) so you can be properly authenticated and the special request can be submitted.
