Kudos to Ricardo from Austin
Ricardo helped me today. After speaking with 2 other reps giving me the same answer of “nothing we can do” I was then connected to Ricardo. Not only was he polite, impressionable, with quick wit, I believe he could make a disgruntled customer soften with how “real” he was in trying to help you. And boy did he help me! I thank you Ricardo from Austin! You have made my day!!!!
