I wanted to let you know how help the technician Jack W was for our office in in Louisville, KY. We were having issues connecting to the internet after a new modem was installed at the location and the local staff was not tech savvy. Jack was with the local staff while on a call with the tech support and very patient and helpful in getting the office back up and running. Jack is a great example of what a true technician is. Thank you.
