Exceptional service and great manners by Technician Evan

I want to give the highest possible praise to Evan Hunter(I believe that’s what he said his last

name was, definitely started with an H)., a technician with Next Solutions working on behalf of Spectrum. My internet had never worked properly since the day I moved in, and Evan not only fixed the issue completely, he did it with professionalism and genuine care that is rare these days.

He arrived on time, was extremely polite, worked efficiently, and still took the time to explain things clearly while making friendly conversation. The moment he stepped into my apartment, he removed his boots without being asked, which immediately showed respect for my home.

Evan is the definition of a true gentleman and a top-tier technician. He represents your company exceptionally well and absolutely deserves recognition and a raise. Employees like him are the reason customers stay loyal.

Please make sure this feedback reaches his supervisors. He earned it and deserves a raise.
