Early each day internet is out. It seems to be known. If this is a ,planned outage to maintain the system please give us advance notice.

Welcome to the Community Forums. I do apologize that you have not been notified about the planned maintenance in your area. We are working on a major upgrade in the area that will improve the quality of the service. I reviewed the account and we did send notifications about the issue by a text message. If you have not received the messages then you may need to update your Communication preferences. You can visit the following site for instructions on how to update them.
