Kudos to Angel

I am giving kudos to the spectrum store specialist angel. From the Lancaster CA location on 1104 w Ave K Lancaster ca 93534. We came to the store on January 26 around 5:30 pm. We had an issue with our account where a new tenant moved into the ADU and our service was cut in the mix up. We went to the spectrum store to figure out what happened and he explained the situation and went above and beyond to try to find answers to resolve our situation. Angel contacted us the next day to make sure everything was in order and was able to resolve our situation. Great communication and customer service
