A spectrum tech set up an email box for me on spectrum website, a few wks ago, but there is no email coming to my new email acct on spectrum, still get emails on thunderbird, which has been checked for accuracy, but nothing on the new email site at Spectrum. Lost webmail, tech stated Spectrum was getting rid of it, and they did, I lost all my emails and items I had saved. Am at a lost of just "how do i get to SEE my emails on Spectrum's email area??

    You need to log into spectrum.net with the full email address and username for the email account you're trying to view. You have 4 total email accounts set up, 3 using the roadrunner.com domain and one with the spectrum.net domain, each accessed by logging in with the associated email as the username. If you're trying to view a roadrunner.com email account, you cannot login with the spectrum.net email account credentials. Log out completely when changing between email accounts.

    Essentially, only the location you log into the webmail has changed, you'd still log in with the email address and email password to access it.
