Why did my service go up by 5 dollars

    Hello @DashaCat1

    This just sounds like standard inflation. If you haven't had an account review within the past year or so, you can call Spectrum and see if they can get you in a better package that meets your needs if you are not happy with what you have currently.

    Any change in rate would be communicated on the billing statement ahead of the change taking effect. For you, this is on your January statement. It's on the first page under "Important News".
