Kudos to Darius
Was looking to disconnect my service, I'm pretty stubborn and was not expecting to make any kind of deal today. We went back and forth for a while, little over an hour on the phone to spend on one customer. I feel this is a lot for someone who's doing this all day, especially since I probably wasn't his first customer. But he kept professional and effectively discussed my needs and concerned. And at the end we were able to come to a conclusion which retained me as a customer. I was not expecting to make a deal today, but I am very impressed by his persistence and attitude. Deserves a raise for sure.
