What happened to the Voice service that printed my messages to my e-mail?

I hav very poor hearing and have great difficulty understanding messages left on my voicemail.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. It is possible that the feature to send you the email is not properly enabled. You can visit the following site and review the readable voice mail section for instructions on how to enable it. https://www.spectrum.net/support/home-phone/enhanced-voicemail-help If the is enabled then it is possible that the email messages are being filtered in your email system. I would suggest you log into the webmail of your email and check the spam folder. You may need to report it as not spam to get the email messages to arrive in your mailbox again.
