Peak Customer Service from Rosie

I want to thank Rosie for helping with my billing and device issues today, 2/22/2026 2:30pm - 3:00pm CST. We had a lengthy chat session about a number of issues and questions on my account; before today struggled to understand certain issues on prior communications. She was completely familiar with what I was asking and expedient in her responses. Very respectful of my time, it was refreshing to receive this sort of excellent service in 2026.
