There seems to be confusion. Tech says it's available for my address and showed me with his equipment but still getting 1000 Mbps Download/40 Mbps Upload

    Hello @adanderson;

    I checked the status of the upgrade in your area and it currently does not have an estimate. This indicates that it is at least 6 months before the work will be done.

    Now I'm getting conflicting information that contradicts what you're saying. Can anyone at Spectrum provide a straight answer to my question?
