Extreme wait time at Santa Paula, Ca Spectrum store

I, along with my family have been long time Spectrum customers. I don't switch because of the high speed internet service at home, but boy, how do I hate the long wait time at the Spectrum store. Today, I went to the Santa Paula, CA Spectrum store to get a new remote control for my elderly mother, who was waiting in my car. I went to get a remote because the buttons to her current remote gets stuck. I checked in electronically, never believely I would wait do much for a control. A second representative stepped out to help a customer but just breifly to then step to out to back room, supposedly to have her lunch. That is what the only representative that was out in the lobby told me. I told this one lady representative, all I needed was a remote control because my elderly mother was in the car waiting. She responded that she had to attend to the customers in the order they arrived. What I needed was something so simple that in the past it has simply been handed to me. With how much I pay for Spectrum, my mother and my sister's family, one would assume Spectrum would have more than enough money from customers in order to hire more personnel. When I did my Google review, I had been waiting for 45 minutes without having been attended to yet. I was finally given a remote within a 1 hour wait. The customer service is ridiculous. By the way, this isn't the first time I have had issues with the Spectrum store and escalated in the past to Spectrum headcourters.
