Do I need to reboot after scheduled upgrade?

Spectrum shut off my WiFi at 11pm last night for a scheduled upgrade. The timeline they emailed me said it should be back up by 8am today. It's after 10am now and it's still down. Am I missing something? Do I need to reboot my equipment? Or is it just taking longer than expected? It's becoming a pretty big inconvenience since I work from home and have been using my phone as a hotspot.

    It won't hurt anything. Try rebooting, This is often needed after an upgrade anyway. If your Internet does not come back online., call Spectrum.
