My initial reason for contacting a customer service rep was to inquire about adding the flip phone I had just replaced with a more current device to a second line (to keep as a basic communicator I could throw in my pocket for emergencies, requests for assistance, etc.). Sales Rep Priscilla in Chicago not only went out of her way to understand what I wanted to initially do and make it a reality but also go over my Spectrum service bundle and make some big improvements to it. That contact with Priscilla turned out to be a big help. Danny_H
