How can I Leave Positive Feedback for a Recent Technician?

Hello, I just had a technician visit today and he was very thorough and actually fixed the issue. I was unable to play my video games due to disconnects. I was worried about having someone come out because I have not had positive experiences with others in the past. This time the technician was extremely professional, knew what he was talking about and fixed my issues with no trouble. He explained everything that was wrong and how he fixed it. My internet has been working great. His name was Charles and the appointment was at 11:00am - 12:00pm in Simpsonville, SC. I don't see any type of survey or anything, so if you could give me an email or somewhere I can let Spectrum know he is doing a wonderful job!
